1. Intro
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I've written a great number of Faqs by now. I do believe this is number 8.
Let's see... MH plate, MH Element, Gow:Boss Faq, Infected:Mission faq, MHG faq,
MH kirin faq, FFVII: WEAPON Boss faq, KH: Sephiroth Faq and SSBM:Mewtwo faq.
The last 3 were never released. In that light, those of you who have seen my
other faqs, will understand how the format of this will go. Those of you new to
any of my faqs, it won't be any harder to read than any other faq out there.
==============================General Introduction==============================
Alright, if you're reading this, chances are you either:
A. Own Monster Hunter P and need help.
B. Want to know how Monster Hunter P is ahead of time.
C. Want to know what Monster Hunter is about as a whole.
Either one is fine, as long as you understand one thing... Its in japanese and
I can only read so much Japanese at a time. Meaning, translations given by
myself, aren't 100% accurately translated to English. This doesn't mean that I
will mix up items, but it means that "Slay the Ultimately Mighty Omega Master
Rathalos of Doom!" might just be stated as "Slay the Rathalos" here. =p
Email notes:
DO NOT EMAIL ME ABOUT CHEAT CODES FOR THIS GAME. Cheating is for losers.
Anything else is a go, as long as you use ENGLISH (if there is a item name or
wyvern you need help with....I'm better at reading the Kanji and so forth
than 'Kanji to English' translation).
Do Not Email me with bad grammar. If I can't read it, I'm not going to TRY to.
===========================Monster Hunter's History=============================
Ever wanted to harness the power of fire to beat up a wyvern? Ever wanted to
throw rocks at cats? Have you and your friends ever had the urge to blow wild
boars up with bombs? SURE YA HAVE! That's why you're here.
Wait, wait... You're new to Monster Hunter are you? Well damn, you just HAVE to
make this hard now don't you...?
There are 3 Monster Hunter games released as I type this. These are the only
games I'm going to refer to (other than the soon to be released Monster Hunter
2 [Dos]). This is due to push backs and well, knowing Capcom, will make several
hundred different versions of Monster Hunter. Don't believe me? Go play Street
Fighter 2: Alpha Omega Beta Delta Berks Robot Chicken Dance Dance Revolution Mix
...Sixty-Five.
With that said, Here are the release dates and descriptions behind Monster
Hunter.
Name: Monster Hunter
System: PS2
American Release Date: 9/21/04
European Release Date: 3/11/05
Japanese Release Date: 5/27/04
Description: This was/is MH's start. I'm going to have to give 2 different
descriptions... Because the JP version of Monster Hunter was lacking compaired
to the US/EU versions...
Japanese Description: Dual Swords weren't even THOUGHT OF yet. Blood was thrown
everywhere and it was used as a damage indicator. The more blood that split,
the more you were dealing to the monster. The game is rated "Cero 15" which is
basically our "teen" rating in America. The weapon branches were slightly
different and needless to say, they had less weapons than the other 2 releases.
American Description: Rated "T" for teen, to give us an excuse to cut the
blood out... Yay for the crappy ESRB. Its ok to run someone over in a car, but
its not ok to see blood come out of raptor that you just kicked with your foot.
Needless to say, our Monster Hunter is by far superior to the JP version. Dual
swords, more weapons. Better weapon paths, corrected damage ratios... The
works... Only problem was that Capcom didn't ADVERTISE enough so it didn't sell
too hot...
Name: Monster Hunter G
System: PS2
American Release Date: N/A
European Release Date: N/A
Japanese Release Date: 1/20/05
Description: This was Capcom's apology for Monster Hunter. And boy did they
make up for it. Crown systems, better online features, stuff our MH had, and
a new mode of play to test your skill. Hell, there are so many new features
that I can't begin to list them all.... Needless to say, its an awesome game
and I think every MH fan should get to play it atleast once... But saddly, that
won't happen... [Yes, you can come to my house and play it... No, I will not
feed you...]
Name: Monster Hunter P
System: PSP
American Release Date: Future release as "MHF"
European Release Date: Future release as "MHF"
Japanese Release Date: 12/01/05
Description: All right. Take Monster Hunter G, now imagine its stronger, faster
midget of a brother. That's MHP. Its the First MH to escape from the PS2...
The control schemes will probably drive the "noobs" nuts and further more will
make you pull your hair out.. R3 stick... We miss joo ;-;. It doesn't take away
from the game at all. If anything, it IS better than MHG... I didn't think
the folks at Capcom could pull it off. No online mode, which is also new...
As MH basically BANKS off of Co-Op play... That doesn't mean you can't tunnel
or play with people who live around you though...
Name: Monster Hunter F
System: PSP
American Release Date: 5/23/06
European Release Date: 5/12/06
Japanese Release Date: Released as "MHP"
Description: You'll get one when it comes out in America, you sissies X3.
Name: Monster Hunter 2
System: PS2
American Release Date: TBA
European Release Date: TBA
Japanese Release Date: Feb. 2006
Description: Nothing yet. Just a TRUE sequel to MH, not an "expansion"...
=======================Differences in MHP from MHG==============================
-Size- Well, this is a big "MASTER OF THE OBVIOUS!" Sign. MHP is portable. MHG
is not. MHG is for the PS2, MHP is for the PSP.
-Quest Lineup Change- Yep, no more "complete" repeats. MHP has new stuff this
time around.
-Control set up- Yeah. There's no R3 stick.... You'll get used to the controls
though.
-Offline "Inn"- Yep. You can hire cats to cook for you once you pass a certain
point in the game. This will make different meals for you to boost your stats
until you die once or finish the quest.
-Connectivity- MHP and MH2 will have connectivity. Whether or not its only to
transfer the Iyanguruga,[Via USB cables] is still unknown.
-More quests- There is no online play for Monster Hunter Portable. Yes, I know
its a bummer. However, there are tons of new and old MHG quests here. Offliners
like myself might finally get to beat on a Silver Soul...
-Trial Mode Tweeked- Yeah. New weapons/armor combinations are used for every
single trial. Some are easier, some are harder.
-New Modes of Play- 'Treasure Hunters!' a 2 player game that requires you and a
friend to gather crap and drop it off at the red supply box. I heard that it
rewards you well if you score enough points though... Who knows...?
-Friendship Guage- Yeah. If you play with one of your friends enough, this heart
will fill. As it fills you get a "heart point". I still dunno what the purpose
of heart points are, but we'll find out soon enough.
-Common Colors- Tons of the color variants are around. White Velociprey were
once online only in MHG... I ran into my 1st white prey on the 1 star Egg Quest.
-A better start for a brighter tomarrow- You start with defaults of every weapon
type (except Duals) in iron form. Much better than being FORCED to start with
Hunter's knife.
-Revamp'd Pricing- Certain weapons/armor cost a lot less than before. An example
of this is Rathalos Firesword (21000z) vs that tired price it used to have.
-Kirin Equipment- Need I say more? Kirin Great Sword, Kirin Lance and Kirin
Armor. Its about fricken time...
-Color Randomizer is gone- Certain quests just have the color variant monsters
in them... No longer will Reohart randomly show up on Queen of the Desert.
-Organizing item glitch removed- As gunners, if you were to have your weapon
loaded and then hit select to organize your list, your ammo would "unload" its
self. This is no longer a factor.

2. Faq
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Basically, when a question is asked.. No matter how stupid it is. I'm posting
it here. Why? To simply get people to smarten up.
Q:"What kind of game is MHP?"
A: Its an action game where you kill things to make better weapons and armor.
Q:"What does the 'carry skill do'?"
A: It allows you to run twice as fast when holding Eggs/Heavy Stones.
Q:"How do I get the carry skill?"
A: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, CHECK THE GALLERY SECTION! I'M SO SICK OF PEOPLE POSTING
ABOUT THIS. HOW DO YOU IDIOTS BREATHE WITHOUT ME!?
Q:"Why are you so mean when I post a question that is CLEARLY ANSWERED ON THE
MESSAGE BOARDS?"
A: Because I hate repeating myself. There's no excuse for your own stupidity.
Q: "This is spelled wrong"
A: Good for you. Its staying that way.
Q: "Your quest titles are wrong!"
A: You're getting a free service. The titles are what I either:
1) want them to be
2) what I translated the best I could
Q: "What element hurts <X> the most?"
A: Check the Wyvern Data.
Q: "Is Iyanguruga unkillable in that 3* quest?"
A: Yeah. As much as it pains me to say it.
Q: "If I repel Iyanguruga, [after MH2 link] will he come back?"
A: Yes. The quest remains open until he dies.
Q: "How do I get it back?"
A: Simply relink to MH2.
Q: "Can I headlock?"
A: No. Only certain cases will work and not for long.

================================Tactics And Tips================================
Be SHARP!: Seriously. Keep your sharpness guage as high as you can at all times.
The better your sharpness, the less likely you are to bounce of the skin of your
foes. Weapons also deal more damage when sharpend.
Blood and you: Notice that when you hit Kut Ku's head TONS of blood flies every-
where? Well congrats, you just found a weakpoint. Always look for things like
this to make a long war, turn into a short battle.
Gunners: What? Can't sharpen your gun? Sissy X3... Anyway, keep good amounts of
ammo with you at ALL TIMES. If there is only one type of ammo that YOU find
effective, bring fusors for that and be a little more selective than someone who
uses any type of ammo. This doesn't make them or you wrong. It just makes
gunning comfortable for YOU.
Make a Want-list: Yeah. It sounds stupid to write "Kut Ku armor" down on a piece
of paper. But if you can write it down and what it needs... Heck draw a picture
of what it needs with a little "X[number here]" even better. The point is, if
you know what to get before you need to you can get your crap a lot faster.
Keep your eyes out for the items you want. If you found the location to "Kut
Ku's Soul" *item doesn't exist* then write down where and how you got it. You'll
thank yourself for it in the long run.
Repeat Quests: Seriously. Not only does it build Guild Points, give you money
and set you up with some more items... It gives you something much more
important than all of that; Experience on the field. So repeating a quest
doesn't hurt you. It makes you stronger.
Train Yourself: I can't stress this enough. You know the controls have changed
so play around until it feels like an extention from your hands... If a wyvern
or drome or heck, even finding certain items is giving you trouble, DO SOMETHING
to make it better. Its ok to email/IM me, but I can only do so much for you by
talking to you.
=================================Quest Types====================================
There are multiple quest types and knowing how to complete them will make your
Monster Hunter experience that much better.
The types are:
Capture Quest
Event Quest
Gathering Quest
Hunting Quest
Special Quest
Classification:
Name: Capture Quest
Color: White
How to complete: You'll be supplied a pitfall trap 6 tranq bombs and 4 tranq
shots. The tranq bombs look like red balls with stars in them. Tranq shots are
red shots. To complete a capture quest, you must weaken your target enough so
that its just about to die. Trap it and put it to sleep with a tranq item. If
you did it right, you'll get a notification. If you didn't, hit your target a
few times and try to re-tranq it.
Name: Event Quest
Color: Green, Red or White
How to complete: Events can be any form of quest. See the other listings.
Name: Gathering Quest
Color: Green
How to complete: Simple gather enough of the item you're required to get and
return it to the red box at the base.
Name: Hunting Quest
Color: Red
How to complete: Simply put, slay your target(s).
Name: Special Quest
Color: Purple
How to complete: Fatalis is the only one to have this. Repel/kill him for your
victory.
================================Items Of Interest===============================
Of course, you will need RARE items to make stuff. Most of the time, importers
won't know what means what or where to find an item. That's what this section
is for. No, these won't be in alpha order. But these will
<Key>
Name: Name of Item
Color: Color and maybe a brief description of what the item looks like.
Rarity: 1-7. 1-3 can be traded. Anything past that can't be traded.
Location: Where to find. Multiple locations will be listed with a "probablity"
list.
</key>
Name: Various Cat Tickets
Color: Blue, Green, Silver, Gold, Plat.
Rarity: 4-5
Location:
For the Bamboo and Cat tickets: you randomly get them for eating at the kitty
kitchen.
For Silver tickets: Eat 10 times with 2-3 cats working for you.
For Gold tickets: Eat 10 times with 4 cats working for you.
For Plat. Tickets: Eat 10 times with 5 cats working for you.
Name: Upper Dragon Bone
Color: Orange
Rarity: 4
Location: 4* Tavern quests and up. I've gotten these from Capture Gypceros, the
Kut Ku Arena, Black Gravios gave me SIX of these fricken things. Most of the
higher wyvern classes drop them. So no worries.
Name: Mega Dragon Bone
Color: Red
Rarity: 5
Location: G quest slays seem to drop them alot. I tend to get them from Duo
Raths.
Name: Lao Shan Plate
Color: Red
Rarity: 5
Location: Lao Shan+ (Tavern level 4 and higher) carves OR rewards.
Name: Rathalos Plate
Color: Red
Rarity: 5
Location: Rathalos+(Tavern level 4 and higher) tails. Really rare until the
G based quests.
Name: Rathian Plate
Color: Green
Rarity: 5
Location: Rathian+(Tavern level 4 and higher) tails. Really rare until the
G based quests.
Name: Lao Shan Ruby
Color: Red
Rarity: 5
Location: Lao Shan G rank carves OR rewards.
Name: Rathalos Ruby
Color: Red
Rarity: 5
Location: Rathalos G rank tails/rewards. Gold friend tickets as well.
Name: Rathian Ruby
Color: Green
Rarity: 5
Location: Rathian G rank tails/rewards. Gold friend tickets as well.
Name: Thunder Sacs
Color: Yellow
Rarity: 5
Location: G ranked Khezu/Red Khezu.
Name: Any Insect Based Part
Color: Yellow/Black
Rarity: 4-5
Location: Hornetaurs/Vespoids. People keep saying bring "deadly poison". Well
if you enjoy shattering bugs, be my guest. If you actually want carves, buy
a Bowgun and just bring 99 poison level 2 (ioprey fangs + Sm bone husks). The
shot will drop Vespoids in one shot and never shatter them. Hornetaur's take
a little time for the poison to kick in, but its worth it.
This list will be updated as this faq grows.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4. Around Town
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This is basically what every person does, and where they are located. I will add
to this as I progress through the game. I know, I don't have the "eatery" yet
for the cats. I haven't gotten too far in MHP yet.
=====================================Shops======================================
There are 7 shops in total. Making it the "life blood" of Kokoto. Here's a list
of shops and what they have to offer (*Will be updated as I go along*).
Name: Cat Lady
When available: After 2* quests are completed
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: The Alu Kitchen addon to your house, Cats to Cook for you.
*You probably won't see a "food guide" from me in this faq. This is because I
don't NEED to boost my status to beat a Rathalos down.*
Name: Jamaican Guy
When available: He's there at the start, but I wasn't able to buy from him until
my 1 stars were cleared.
Currency used: Kokoto Points
What you can buy: Things like +1 Mining, +1 Fishing and +1 Gathering for your
fields. You open up more as you progress.
Name: Old Lady
When available: Start of the game
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: God knows the limits. I've seen powerseeds, farcasters and
the likes here. She's basically the answer to the "Sale Days" and what not.
She shifts her stock around every quest or two. And I guess you can buy kitties
from her later as well.
Name: Traveling Salesmen
When available: After you've cleared your 1 Star quests.
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: Advanced survival items. Things like Farcasters, Pyscho-serum
and the Monster books. You'll be seeing a lot of this guy throughout your
Monster Hunter adventure. Keep checking on him after you've cleared a set of
quests. He updates his item lists as you progress.
*Also*: You can get the piggy from him to boost your luck before every quest.
Name: Weapon Crafter
When available: Start of the game
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: Your weapons and armor. You bring the items to him, he sells
your newly made equipment to you. THE most important shop in the game.
Name: Weapon Seller
When available: Start of the game
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: "Noob" Weapons and armor. Darkmetal boots, siver metal...
Nothing to special once you hit your 2* quests...
Name: Young Woman
When available: Start of the game
Currency used: Zeni
What you can buy: Survial items. Things like bombs, whetstones, ammo, trap tools
and herbs. There's slightly more there, but heck you'll need what she sells. So
stock up.
=====================================Quests=====================================
There are only 2 places that issue quests. But the quests are varied and
plentiful. Not much here on them yet, but I will be updating this.
Name: Guild of Kokoto
Where to find:
Multiplayer: Yes
Quest Types: Guild Quests, Treasure Hunters...
Name: Village Elder
Where to Find: Next toe the Guild of Kokoto
Mutliplayer: No
Quest Type: Main Quests
=================================Kokoto Fields==================================
Talk to the Jamaican guy and walk past him. You'll be able to walk to Kokoto
Fields now. See shops for things to buy to make KKTF a better place for you. I
think there may be MORE than just these activities listed below, but I'll
update anything that I've missed.
*note: The "cost" is what you need everytime you go to use that activity.*
List of what I'm going to add next update:
-Ballista Bowing
-Gathering+1
-Mushroom Picking
-Mushroom Picking+1
Name: Bomb-Mining
Where to go: Run past the Mining spot and talk to the kitty there. Select one
of the holes to bomb.
Cost: A Bomb
Name: Fishing
Where to go: The docks.
Cat to talk to: The cat on the docks.
Cost: None
Name: Fishing+1
Where to go: Continue running down the dock. You'll see the next batch of
fish.
Cost: None
Name: Fishing+2
Where to go: Continue running down past the dock. You'll see the final
batch of fish.
Cost: None
Name: Gathering
Where to go: Run to the little plot of soil with the kitty there.
Cat to talk to: The kitty next to the said plot of soil.
Cost: Something to plant (like herbs or seeds)
Name: Mining

Cat to talk to: The cat right next to the X, after you purchased the ability
to mine there.
Cost: None
Name: Mining+1
Where to go: Up the ladder near "Mining". Head to the left.
Cost: None
=================================Trial Mode=====================================
Yeah I know, I took the entire section dedicated to TM down, however....
This will do.
To unlock Trial Mode in the first place, you MUST defeat The 2* Yian Kut Ku.
After that, he'll unlock.
To unlock New Wyverns for it, you must defeat at least ONE of the following:
-Kut Ku
-Rathian
-Cephadrome
-Khezu
-Gypceros
-Rathalos
-Gravios
-Basarios
-Plesioth
-Monoblos
To unlock new trails for each wyvern, you must defeat multiples of them. And yes
trail mode DOES add to your kill count upon success, and add to the "unlocking"
counter.
I can't give you an accurate number for each wyvern, because it is RANDOM. I
can however tell you that most of them unlock under 25 kills each.
Trail Mode is located behind the woman on the upper right path. Hit [] when
you're prompt'd to.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
5. Suggested Weapon/Armor Paths
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
This section is comming soon. This is equipment I recommend starting out with
and using throughout certain parts of the game. Anything list here, is well...
Good. Maybe not for high attack power but for high element or sharpness.
===================================Weapons======================================
This is basically my recommendation for weapons. No matter what the weapon is
I will give a "chart" on how they're made.
-----------------------------------Bow Guns-------------------------------------
(Bow guns obviously don't have paths... So just a list)
Arbalist+
Blue Lao Cannon
Crossbow Gun
Flechette
Injector Cannon
Lao Cannon
Kut Ku Rage Cannon
Maelstrom
Titan Kai
-----------------------------------Dual Swords----------------------------------
Name: Cutlass+
Base Form: Bone Scythe
Path: Bone Scythe -> Bone Scythe+ -> Cutlass -> Cutlass+
Name: Cyclone
Base Form: Twin Dagger

====================================Armor=======================================
Armor can be more than a "defensive tool". I use my armor for its skills. As
most hunters SHOULD be able to do. Either way, here's a list of my personal
choices These will go by "Sets". Note: Trainer stuff is called "Kurubi". I just
refer to it so that people will get that its from training mode items. Also,
these combos aren't all set in stone. Mix and match to find something to your
own style.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
6. Main Quests
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Its a pretty standard list. When I get around to it, I'll add how much Zeni and
Guild points you get. But that's not too important right now.
Your job is to simply clear the objective. If there is a boss in the quest you
are in, it doesn't mean you have to kill it. You only have to kill bosses if the
quest states you do.
Another thing... If you're having trouble beating a wyvern, check the DATA
section (when its finished -.-) for weakpoints, elemental data and so forth.
===================================* Quests=====================================
Quest 1: "Basics: Raw Meat"
Objective: Snag two Pieces of Raw Meat
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
(This is also the 1st Urgent in the game.)
This one's really simple. Collect the items from the blue chest. Now run out to
Area 1. Kill one of the 'herbies', and carve them twice. The carves will either
give raw meat or sm monster bone. Once you've gathered the two pieces, just head
back and hand them in. Done deal.
Quest 2: "Basics: Preparing Meat"
Objective: Deliver 1 Well-Done Steak.
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
All right, this is where it gets a tad annoying. That is, until you learn how
to do it. You have to get a BBQ spit (they supply one this quest), and you need
raw meat. You select the BBQ spit, hit Square and if you have the meat, you'll
start to cook it. Now, you'll hear that little jingle. As soon as the music
stops wait until your character turns the handle a quarter circle then hit [].
If done right, you hear "MMM Looks Tasty!" (in Japanese). Hand it in, relax
and kick up your feet. This quest is over.
Quest 3: "Basics: Gathering Items"
Objective: Gather 2 Herbs and 1 Spider Web
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
If you buy these items before hand, the quest is practically over. However,
if you don't have them all ready, head to area 6, climb up all the way and
grab the webs. (Herbs are found all over.) Head back and hand them in.
Quest 4: Basics: "Combining Items"
Objective: Combine two herbs and two blue mushrooms to hand in 2 potions
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
This one can actually be done as soon as you start (providing you have the
items on hand). Simply press start, go to 'combine'(2nd option down) select
an herb and a blue mushroom. This will make a potion. Make another one and
hand both in. (However, if you don't have them run to area 8 and pick the
items right off the ground.) Congratulations, you're on your way to becoming
a MHG hunter.
Quest 5: "Basics: Fishing"
Objective: Catch one Sushi Fish
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
Grab the bait from the box. Run to area 11, you'll see a bullfango. Kill it
and DON'T LEAVE THE AREA. If you do, you'll have to kill it again. Now,
you'll see a little pond (shown in the little intro movie), select the bait
and cast it in. Wait for the fish to snag the line and hit []. Keep doing
this until you've captured a Sushi Fish, then just hand it in.
Quest 6: "You're First Monster Hunt!"
Objective: Slay Three Velociprey (blue raptors)
Boss: 3 Velociprey
Area: Forest and Hills
Grab the items from the box, run out and take the short cut to area 8.
You'll see a little movie. After that, get your weapon ready, and run to the
right. You'll see one waiting for you, plaster him then kill the one next to
him. Climb up the ledge to beat on the last one. Carving them isn't important
but you can work on some armor with their materials.
Quest 7: "Special Mushrooms"
Objective: Collect 7 Special Mushrooms
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
Snag your stuff and run to area 8. Check the mushrooms in that area and kill
some of the mosswine. You should have atleast 3 special mushrooms. From there
run to area 10. Head to the mushroom spot bewteen the tree and the East side of
the pond. You might have all of your mushrooms. Head back if you do. If you
don't...
Head to area 3 and check near the phalic rock. Head to area 9 and look in the
bushes near the Eastern corner (as if you came in from area 3). If for some
reason the game screw you over, kill Mossine for the rest of your mushies.
Quest 8: " Bring me Kelbi Horns for the Festival"
Objective: Hand in 5 Kelbi Horns
Boss: None
Area: Forest and hills
Ok people, stop spaming my email now. God, make one slip up on a BASIC quest
and everyone gets all pissy. The deer are Kelbi, kill them for horns. The end.
Quest 9: "Bring Me An Egg!"
Objective: Deliver ONE Wyvern Egg.
Boss: Rathalos
Area: Forest and Hills
All right. This is the first carrying quest. I highly suggest you take the tail
off of that Rathalos; as Los parts will be at a high rarity at this point of the
game. You don't need to, so if you want to play it safe, just read below.
Head to area 4. A movie will start. Rathlos makes his appearence and the game
obviously wants you to see that he's nothing to mess with... Yet. Paint him and
head to area 5. Grab an egg, roll and kill the velociprey in the area. Head to
area 2 and kill off the Velociprey*. Now, your path is clear (outside of the
angry wyvern anyway...) Run back and grab your egg. Be sure to watch your
stamina, because if you deplete it all... *drop" -_-'. So what your bar.
Now, run out of area 5 via the passage to 4 (area 6 is blocked off). Watch out
for the Vespoid that automatically lunges forward when you enter the area. Make
a sharp left turn and DON'T run when you jump down the first of mini-ledges.
Now just run through the rest of the trek ahead of you with your egg in tote,
just watch out for the Rathalos along the way. Your absolute safe point is at
area 1, where los and other trouble making enemies won't be.
*Note: You may run into some white prey here, kill them and get their parts*
==================================** Quests=====================================
Quest 1: "Jungle Menace"
Objective: Slay Yian Kut Ku
Boss: Kut Ku
Area: Jungle
Alright. If you haven't touched the Guild Quests, then this guy will be the
first wyvern you're REQUIRED to fight. Kut Ku IS a problem for newer players
and he will rip you apart if you let him. He starts in area 2 so go get him.
Quest 2: "Slay the Velociprey pack!"
Objective: Slay 10 [White] Velociprey
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills.
I'm sure people will abuse this quest for White Scales. You can find packs of
the White Velociprey in areas 2,3,9 for the quickest victory. Remember, they
have a little more health than regular prey...
Quest 3: "Bring me Hearts!"
Objective: Deliver 3 Cephalos Hearts (translated to Livers in USA)
Boss: (unknown atm, probably Plesioth if anything)
Area: Desert
This is an annoying quest to new comers. However, if you bring sm bombs and
use the Sonics they give you wisely, you'll be out of there in no time.
Run to area 2 and just keep killing the Cephalos (fish wyverns) by flushing
them out with the sonics or well timed sm bombs.
Quest 4: "The Formidable Velocidrome"
Objective: Slay Velocidrome
Boss: Velocidrome
Area: Forest and Hills
This quest is pretty easy. Run to area 10 and a cut-scene will start up.
Use the flash bombs to blind the Drome and his minions. From that point on
just go to town on him. If he gets away, just follow him. That just means
he's getting desperate.
Quest 5: "Meow Meow Arena"
Objective: "Slay" 25 Felynx (white cats)
Boss: None
Area: The Arena
This is a new area. Don't bring ANY ITEMS. Your job is to simply
"kill" the white cats. Ignore the Mylynx as they can't steal anything
from you (if you listened to me anyway). This is a simple quest. Have
fun with it.
Quest 6: "Attack of the Yian Kut Ku"
Objective: Beat up Kut Ku
Boss: Blue Kut Ku
Area: Forest and Hills
This one might give even expert hunters trouble the first time.
He starts in area 9 but will always move to area 3. Don't underesitmate
him as he's basically a Kut Ku with twice the power, speed and Hp.
Quest 7: "Trouble in the Forest"
Objective: Slay 10 Bullfangos
Boss: None
Area: Forest and Hills
I hate bullfango. I'm sure the vets of MH do as well. Bullfango are
only found on the "foresty" area of the F/H map. But be warned, most
places that have them, spawn unlimited Fangos... Making it a pain to
complete.
Quest 8: "Attack of the Giant Bugs!!"
Objective: Slay 30 Vespoids (the bees)
Boss: None
Area: Jungle
This is pretty easy. Just make some Poison Bombs [Bomb Material+ Toad Stool]
and you'll get some carves from these overgrown bugs. Or you could just hit
them with your weapon, either way... Areas 9 and 6 have tons of Vespoids in
them.
Quest 9: "Bring Me A Sootstone!"
Objective: Deliver One Sootstone
Boss: Gendrome (lol)
Area: Swamp
This quest IS annoying... That is, if you don't have the Carry Skill yet.
(Check the suggested weapon/armor paths section). You can't clear anything and
on top of this, Genprey are everywhere. I highly suggest running 8,7,5,2 base.
This will be the fastest path and is the easiest to go (if you can believe that
running through tons of Genprey is actually easy...)
I found on Jewel Ticket runs that Gendrome will always attempt to cut me off
as soon as I enter area 2. DON'T MOVE when you get into area 2. Look to your
right. You'll probably see him heading to area 4. As long as you don't make any
movement, he won't move and cause everything to go crazy. If you move and
things do go chaotic, book it for the base.
=================================*** Quests=====================================
Quest 1: "Bring Me A Yian Kut Ku!"
Objective: Capture Kut Ku
Boss: Kut Ku
Area: Forest and Hills
Take the Tranq bombs from the box (the "red flashbombs" and the trap. The point
of capture quests is to weaken a wyvern enough so that its ALMOST dead... When
its limping (or in this case, his ears lower) trap him and then put him out with
the tranqs.
He works just like the Blue KK fight. You can wait in area 3 or run into 9 and
fight him head on. I suggest area 3, as there is nothing to get in your way.
When he limps/ears lower, don't be afraid to use 2 bombs to put him to sleep.
When he's asleep, get under him and set the trap. Turn around and re-tranq.
And there you go.
Quest 2: "Attack of the Velociprey Pack!"
Objective: Kill 20 Velociprey
Boss: Iyanguruga ("Giga Kut Ku")*/Rathalos
Area: Forest and Hills
All right, if you want to make the most out of this quest, head to area 10
AS SOON AS YOU CAN. DON'T Kill any prey. You'll encounter Giga Kut Ku here.
I suggest atleast getting his tail cut off, as no one knows how to fight
him again... Other than that...
If you're repeating this quest, or don't care about GKK, head to area 2,3 and
9. When you have atleast 10 prey killed, head to area 10. That is where you
can pick the rest of them off.
Quest 3: "Velocidrome Redux!"
Objective: Slay 2 Velocidrome
Boss: Rathalos, 2x Velocidrome
Area: Forest and Hills
This is fairly easy. Wait in area 3 and just clear it out. Vdrome will come to
you and without any assistance (unless you take to long, then Rathalos appears)
Velocidrome won't even stand a chance.
Quest 4: "The Sand Dragon"
Objective: Slay Cephadrome
Boss: Cephadrome
Area: Desert
Head to area 7 and make sure you have cool drinks and sonic bombs with you.
Cool drinks will prevent heat damage. Sonic bombs will flush the Cephadrome
out of the sand, allowing you to actually hit the stupid thing. When you beat
on him enough, he might escape to area 3 to sleep. Try not to let him go, other
wise its off to area 3 for you...
Quest 5: "Bring Me Herbivore Eggs!"
Objective: Deliver 3 Aperocos Eggs
Boss: Rathian
Area: Desert
This one is easy if you have the carry armor set up. Head to area 8, grab a
stone and just run back to camp with it. Hopefully you're using cool drinks,
otherwise you'll take heat damage. As for Rathian, she isn't really a problem..
She'll appear in area 7, but... For some reason she leaves you alone.
Quest 6: Bring us Coal
Objective: Deliver 10 Coal
Boss: Kut Ku, Iodrome x1
Area: Jungle
Wow, I can't believe no one caught this =p. This was a huge "typo" from the
2nd quest bracket. This quest is actually coal. You'll want to bring pick
axes (the 2 supplied kinda suck) and there's a spot in area 9 or 10 (I forget
which) that is good for getting various ores (as one of those spots is almost
unlimited). [Incase you've never minded before, look for the "X" shaped spots
in the caves.]
Quest 7: "Attack of the Genprey!"
Objective: Slay 20 Genprey (Yellow Raptors)
Boss: Unknown (for now...)
Area: Swamp
Head to area 9 and clear out the Genprey. From that point, head to area 5 and
then to 10. Keep picking off prey as you go and you'll be done with this quest
before you know it. Just watch out for their attacks, they can stun you with
ANY of them, so just be careful.
Quest 8: "Reign of the Gendrome"
Objective: Slay 2 Gendrome
Boss: Cephadrome, 2x Gendrome
Area: Desert
Remember the Genprey? This guy is their leader. Head to area 4 and clear out
the Genprey. Gendrome will most likely appear in area 4 and attack you (He
always starts in area 10, in the North Western bush). Just watch out for his
attacks and pummel him into a corner. This will prevent him from running away.
Quest 9: "Slay the Ioprey"
Objective: Kill 20 Ioprey (Red Raptors)
Boss: Blue Kut Ku
Area: Jungle
You can do this the easy way, or the hard way. The hard way involves staying
in area 1, and fighting the Blue KK (and yes if you stay in one, its manditory
otherwise BKK will get in your way). Or you can just run around picking Ioprey
off as you go. I always do the hard way, as BKK parts sell for a good price =p.
...Ok, so its not the hard way, its just an easier way to kill BKK...
Quest 10: "Strike of the Poison Bird"
Objective: Slay Gypceros
Boss: Gypceros
Area: Swamp
This is pretty simple, when you know what you're doing. If this is your FIRST
time entering the quest, head to area 5 and kill off the Bullfango. Now head
back to area 4 and kill off the bullfango. Head to area 9 for his opening scene.
Now paint him and leave the area. Staying in 9 will get you MURDERED by the
minions that surround Gypceros. Instead, just wait for him to leave and pursue
him. With areas 4 and 5 clear it'll be a one on one fight.
Quest 11: "Bring Us Wyvern Eggs!"
Objective: Deliver 2 wyvern eggs
Boss: Rathian
Area: Jungle
Ok, before doing anything, you BETTER have the carry skill for this. Why?
Because its so easy to pull this off with it.
Head to area 5 where the eggs and Rathian are. Kill the prey around here and
then kill Rathian. Yes, I know... Its going to be a pain with your current
equipment, but her HP is 1/3 less of a regular Rathian (HA!HA! Its evenly
matched!). When she's dead, carve her and grab your egg.
Just run this path : 6,4,1. That's From the nest area, through the cave and
back to the base from the jungle. This will be over before you know it...
You CAN ignore Rathian, but she makes it a real pain to make it back... So just
kill her and save yourself some trouble.
================================**** Quests=====================================
Quest 1: Attack of the Kut Ku Swarm
Objective: Kill atleast 2 Kut Kus
Boss: Kut Ku xInfinity
Area: Forest and Hills
Bring potions, whetstones and other wyvern fighting items. They don't supply
you with ANY kind of item, outside of the "finishing ticket" and Map. Head to
area 9 first. You'll see KK#1 there. Kill him. Now, carve and head to area 10,
this is where they will respawn until you end the quest. After you've killed 2
of them, you are free to run back to camp, collect a ticket and hand it in to
the Red Box. When you do so, quest over.
Quest 2: Fang of the Iodrome
Objective: Slay 3 Iodrome
Boss: Iodrome x3, Khezu
Area: Jungle
Head towards area 3 after you snag the supplies from the blue box. The Iodrome
has the ability to poison you (much like those stupid ioprey) and they have
more HP than their Yellow and Blue friends. Pin it in a corner and just go
crazy on it. If it escapes from the area, just follow it. Return to area 3
and just wait after you kill each Iodrome.
Quest 3: Attack Of the Rathalos!
Objective: Defeat Rathalos
Boss: Rathalos
Area: Forest and Hills
For those of you who have played the original MH, this should come as no
surprize. This is THE flagship wyvern of Monster Hunter and now you're going
to show him what's what... Or so you hope.
Rathalos will always start in area 3. PAINT HIM IMEDIATELY. Rathalos likes
to fly around area to area to weaken you. Your job is to make sure you watch
your health as you fight him. Rathalos will be a pain if this is your first
try fighting him, so check the Data Section if you need more help.
Quest 4: Reign of Reosoul
Objective: Defeat Reosoul
Boss: Reosoul
Area: Volcano
*This quest unlocks when you beat "Attack Of the Rathalos!"*
I think Reosoul starts in area 7. As that's where he retreats when he's weak.
Reosoul will either start off by heading to area 6, or 3. I suggest clearing
both areas out. Bring some Psychoserum and paints. You'll notice that they
supply you with Throwing Knives. SAVE THEM if you're a blade master. Reosoul
rests in an unreachable spot for melee combatants, so the knives will serve
as an alarm clock. This will be your ultimate test of pacience... Good luck.
Quest 5: Bring me a Fire Dragon!
Objective: Capture Rathalos
Boss: Rathalos
Area: Forest and Hills
Same thing as capture Kut Ku, 'cept this time you're catching Rathalos. The
only difference is that Rathalos will head to area 4,9 or 10 instead of
waiting at area 3.... Yes, you CAN safely cut his tail off... Just don't
kill it...
Quest 6: Bring me Wyvern Eggs
Objective: Deliver 3 Wyvern eggs
Boss: Rathalos
Area: Forest and Hills
This is pretty simple. Make sure you kill Rathalos, or he'll get in the way.
If you have the carry armor skill, use it. If not, clear out areas 1,2,5 and
6. Grab an egg and just head through those cleared areas. This quest will be
over before you know it.
Quest 7: Strike of the Hidden Rock Wyvern
Objective: Slay Basarios
Boss: Basarios
Area: Volcano
Head to area 2. Basarios will NEVER move from this area, so if you want to
go mining or whatever you need to get done. You'll want to clear out the
Ioprey so that they don't get in the way. Throw something or hit the
sleeping Basarios (looks like a rock formation, only more detailed) to
start the fight off.
Quest 8: Queen of the Desert
Objective: Slay Rathian
Boss: Rathian
Area: Desert
This is an easy quest... Well, it would be easier without the Rathian =P.
Ok, head to area 4, you'll encounter her there. MAKE SURE SHE SEES YOU
BEFORE YOU PAINT HER or the fight is going to be harder than it has to be.
If you're lucky, this fight will only take place in areas 3 and 4... If
she flies to area 7, just clear out area 3 and wait there... She'll fly
back there in no time.
Quest 9: Queen of the Jungle
Objective: Slay Rathian
Boss: Rathian
Area: Jungle
All right, this is one of the harder Rathian quests... If she leaves
area 5... And she probably will... Head to area 5, incase you didn't
get that clue. Paint her, but stay in the line of sight so she doesn't
fly away. Kill off the annoying prey and then deal with her.
Quest 10: Attack of the Rathian!
Objective: Slay Rathian
Boss: Rathian
Area: Forest and Hills
This is probably the easiest Rathian quest there is. Simply because you will
know the lay of the land, even if this is your first Rathian "Hey... Forest and
Hills? I know this place." The only problem is that she likes area 9... A lot.
She, like Rathalos tends to fly away to areas 4 or 9. I suggest bringing a
Pyschoserum or 2, just in case she escapes from you.
Quest 11: Queen of the Swamp
Objective: Slay Reohart
Boss: Reohart
Area: Swamp
*This quest unlocks when you complete the Rathian Quests*
Ok, imagine Rathian, a Pink Rathian. A Pink, hard armored stronger, faster
version of Rathian. Got it? Ok... Now imagine a harder version of Rathian,
surrounded by Ioprey and Genprey. Now you understand what you're up against.
Clear the bullfango out of area 2. Head to area 5 and like Rathian, paint her.
This will be a long and annoying fight, simply because of prey that constantly
get in your way. I suggest bringing flashbombs and a trap (incase she flies to
area 2).
===============================***** Quests=====================================
Quest 1: Water Wyvern of the Desert
Objective: Slay Plesioth
Boss: Plesioth
Area: Desert
Bring frogs for this one. Ingore wasting resources on Sonic bombs... You'll need
those for later quests. Plesioth will hit you HARD so don't be careless. He's
located in the ONLY waterborne area of the desert, area 5. Bring hot drniks to
protect your stamina and when he goes "away" dip your line into the water *using
the frog*, when you see your frog submurge into the water, hit O to reel him in.
*If you need frogs, theres a little spot in area 4 near the water that has an
endless supply of frogs and worms*
Quest 2: Bring me a Plesioth
Objective: Capture Plesioth
Boss: Plesioth
Area: Jungle
This is like any capture quest... Head to area 7 and this time, if you need to
bring sonics, bring them. Plesioth likes to jump out alot here, so you shouldn't
actually need to use them. Plesioth's dorsal fin lowers when he's weak so pay
attention to his back. Otherwise, you might end up killing him... His limp is
"rarer" than a Rathalos Plate...
Quest 3: Green Plesioth Strikes
Objective: Slay Green Plesioth
Boss: Green Plesioth, Iodrome
Area: Jungle
Same area of the capture quest, different Plesioth. Head to 7 and be careful,
Green Plesioth packs a little more punch than the original. His water laser
attacks also have better range than his weaker brother. Other than that, treat
him like a regular Plesioth and you'll be done in no time. *note: I suggest
killing Iodrome before taking Plesioth on, or he'll get in your way.*
Quest 4: Attack of the Cave Wyvern
Objective: Slay Khezu
Boss: Khezu
Area: Jungle
Khezu. I hate him. He's too easy. Anyway, this is the even easier Jungle
version of everyone's flabby wyvern friend. Rush to 4 and try to paint him
before he moves. Khezu really doesn't like fire element *hunt* so if you want
to make this a quick fight, use that and his data to finish him off quickly.
Quest 5: Bring Me a Khezu
Objective: Capture Khezu
Boss: Khezu
Area: Swamp
This one is still pretty easy, but I suggest bringing Hot drinks to protect
your stamina. If you know how to capture a wyvern, good. If not, then how
the hell did you get this far?
Anyway, Khezu will always start in 8. You can either encounter him there
or clear out 9 and wait for his shadow to appear over head. Follow this
shadow until he lands and well, beat on him until he limps. Then do what
you were paid to. Catch him.
Quest 6: Volcanic Valor
Objective: Slay Gravios
Boss: Gravios
Area: Volcano
Cool drinks are you friend. Gravios always starts in area 4, but after
your first encounter, will "flee" to another area if left alone. So if
you're repeating this quest, bring a flute (aka horn) of any time and
get hit attention. Area 4 is the best place to fight him as there are
no minions to get in the way.
Quest 7: Attack of Gravimos
Objective: Slay Gravimos
Boss: Gravimos
Area: Swamp
THE BLACK GRAVIOS! ZOMG! First off, bring 20 whetstones, bring 10 potions
bring 10 herbs and bring your basic hunters gear. You will NOT be supplied
with any hunting materials (well... Outside of offensive items =p) and his
shell is completely armored... Wait in area 4, clear out the Vespoids and
enjoy the fight.
Quest 8: Bring me a Powderstone!
Objective: Deliver 1 Powderstone
Boss: Gravios
Area: Volcano
Ok, you have 3 ways of doing this. That's right, three.
1. Don't try to win, get angry an abandon.
2. Bring mega juices, carry armor skill and book it.
3. Bring Mega juices, kill Gravios and clear paths.
Chances are, you want 2 or 3. Well...
If you have Gravios in or out of the way, the quick carrying skill is a
very useful tool. With it, you can run through area 5 with little effort
and make it all the way to base. Combined with a mega juice and you're
damn near untouchable until it wears off.
If you don't have carry armor, I highly suggest bringing mega juices and
materials to take down a GRAVIOS. Kill gravios and clear areas 1,3,6 and
7. There are two major paths to run: 8,7,6,4,1 or 8,7,5,3,1. If again,
you don't have the carry skill, run the first one. If you do, run either.
This quest will try your pacience, so good luck. You'll find it to be easy
later on =3.
Quest 9: A Troublesome Pair
Objective: Slay Rathalos And Rathian
Boss: Rathalos and Rathian
Area: Forest and Hills
Capcom most certainly went out of their way to make this a pain in the ass.
Now they stay with each other the ENTIRE TIME. Head to area 4. You'll probably
run into Rathalos first... Paint him and watch your ass, Rathian will show up
any minute to make this fight tedious. Kill one and the other becomes a push
over. They have 1/3 less of their normal HP, but hit harder... So watch out.
Quest 10: The Indestructable Basarios
Objective: Slay atleast 2 Basarios
Boss: Basarios xInfinity
Area: Volcano
I gather that these Basarios just "revive" themselves. No, they ARE killable,
but everytime they respawn, they don't have their tails... It baffles me why a
NEW WYVERN doesn't have a tail, just because I killed the one before it... So
my conclusion: Same pair of basarios the entire fight, they just know magic
tricks.
Anyway, head to area 3. This is where BOTH of them will be. I suggest picking a
fight with one of them and just keeping far away from the other. This won't
prevent both of them from attacking you, but it will buy you time to deliver
some serious hurt on one of the Basarios. Again, 1/3 less HP...
*********************************Urgent Quests**********************************
Quest 1: Horn of the Monoblos!
Objective: Slay Monoblos
Boss: Monoblos
Area: Desert
Monoblos will always start in area 10, but if this is your first run in with him
then he'll stay in 10 until you enter. Clear out areas 1 and 4 and then proceed
to the main event...
Monoblos will be a pain if your equipment is not up to snuff. If you don't have
atleast 50+ defense, think twice before starting this quest. Also, bring Sonic
bombs and bring some flashes, just in case. Sonic him when he tunnels under
ground for a "trap" effect.
Break off Monoblos' horn for it to appear in the rewards. You can cut his tail
off too... Also, don't use a Sonic when he's in fury mode, it doesn't work.
Quest 2: Horn of the White Devil!
Objective: Slay White Monoblos
Boss: White Monoblos
Area: Desert
Monoblos will always start in area 10. Clear out areas 1 and 4 and then proceed
to the main event...White Monoblos is a little different, as he's stronger and
has more HP than regular Monoblos.
Monoblos will be a pain if your equipment is not up to snuff. If you don't have
atleast 50+ defense, think twice before starting this quest. Also, bring Sonic

I highly suggest breaking his horn off, as they're very useful for making
powerful weapons/armor.
Quest 3: Diablos
Objective: Slay Diablos
Boss: Diablos
Area: Desert
Think Monoblos, but he has 2 horns to break off. Everything still
applies, see the Data section for elemental differences.
Quest 4: Four Horns
Objective: Slay 2 Diablos
Boss: Diablos x2
Area: Desert
TWO DIABLOS! Not one. For the first Diablos, treat him like Monoblos.
After that, make sure you have COOL DRINKS. Bring a Pyscho-Serum as
well.
First Diablos starts in 10, take him down. DON'T IGNORE HIM OR HE
JOINS THE DIABLOS IN AREA 7! The first Diablos is slightly easier due
to the ledges he can get stuck in. He will almost always travel this path:
10->, 4<->1.
Second Diablos is slightly harder, but only because of the lack of ledges.
He will always travel from areas 7<->2<->3. Cool drinks are needed for
areas 2 and 7. Remember that.
Quest 5: Wyverns of Land and Sky!
Objective: Slay Reosoul And Reohart
Boss: Reosoul and Reohart
Area: Swamp
I'm going to split this up into two sections... I've never ran into both
of them in area 3, like I used to in MHG. So just stick with this.
Also, I've noticed that they have 1/3 less of their normal HP level...
What the hell is up with that?
Reosoul:
He starts in area 5. Paint him and make sure he sees you. You're going to
have to be quick when fighting him because Reosoul is twice as fast as
Rathalos. On top of this, he's hard armored, so you're going to have a
tough time getting his tail/wing claws busted off. He will normally fight
you long enough for you to get wounded pretty badly. He will head to 3,
do NOT follow him. Instead, wait in 5. He will either return to 5, or he
will proceed to the areas above it. Keep it up and he will fall.
Reohart:
She starts in area 9. Normally, she won't bother flying away. However,
if she's limping and looking for her hubby to help her, she will fly
to area 9 without delay. Like Reosoul, she's faster and hard armored so
don't get cocky.
Quest 6: A Giant Dragon Invades!
Objective: Repel Lao
Boss: Lao Shan Lung
Area: Fort
Pretty easy, see the data for what area to hit for your weapon type. Just
keep pounding on Lao and DON'T waste time with just cannonballs. 30 Minutes
should be enough to take down a "normal" lao with 1/3 less HP... But they give
you 50, so I don't see how this could possibly poss a problem.
Quest 7: Giga Troublesome Pair
Objective: Slay SilverSoul And GoldHart
Boss: Goldhart and Silversoul
Area: Arena
All right, this isn't a fair fight. Not by a long shot. They throw you into
a tiny area with both of them in it. If you want to remotely stand a chance,
take down Silver Soul first. Why? His air talon attack criples you, poisons you
and throws you into KO mode. His HP is also lower than Gold Hart.
If one pillar falls, the other does with time.
In other words, pick one of them off, don't "evenly" fight them or you WILL
die. They give you stun/sleep daggers. I suggest traping one of them and
putting them to sleep in it. Just keep away fro
